Weigh in:  171.0

BF:  1/2 banana, banana nut bread, coffee


Warm Up: cycle 7 minutes,  3 sets 3 reps front squat 45 pounds..

3 sets 7 reps pull ups,

4 min EMOM 

bear complex with 55 pound barbell
press 65 lbs.
back squat 65
Dead Lift 105
bench press 85 pounds

sit ups 25 

Cool down and stretching

Lunch: Nutritarian salad with seeds/nuts, baked fried green tomatoes, beets.  Banana Nut bread

PM: walked the dog

Dinner:  beans,rice from India & sauce with tofu, apple cake, pecans, 1/2 banana.
