X-2 Balance+Power

X-2 Balance + Power: Week 3 phase 1 completed.  I am noticing my balance is not as good as thought, maybe the reps and weights make this more challenging than standard yoga balance asanas that I have practiced for years.  Of course increasing age with new options for balance make this more difficult, but I will persevere and continue practice of P90x-2 for good health.
