This AM pushed play for Total Body X-2 and Ab Ripper X-2.  I noticed more sweat during this workout than backpack training, but no soreness after P90x-2 compared with soreness in top of feet, muscles around ankle and Achilles heel after the trek with backpack.

Now that holidays are past, I will watch diet plan more and eat healthy and have no snacks in the evening after supper meal.
