Sunday was Yoga X2 from P90x2. Felt like Power Yoga, mostly standing poses after a few SS very slowly. Full split not quite there yet. Bakasana OK, but have soreness in right forearm muscle from doing too many flow sequences from bakasana to tripod headstands.
Tony likes to do reps for some of the poses, crunch, warrior 2 to extended side angle, push ups, crow to headstands, warrior 3 to warrior 1, half moon to crunch. Half Happy baby was interesting.
