Ashtanga Yoga with ease today

Morning led class moved with ease, no jump backs, rest after SS's, standing poses, primary 1/2, then finishing poses and finally more rest in corpse.

Later went to gym: warm up, pull up preps, free weights, military press, squats, bench press and then cool down. Body today was tight, maybe from the gymnastics floor exercise reps and sets on Saturday with rest on sunday.
Monday I retook the fit test from P90x and results were encouraging, much better than when taking first time and after 90 days of P90x a few years back in time.
