gymnastics plus yoga cool down/warm up

Day 3 of phase 2 floor 1 gymnastics gold metal bodies routine:
warm up
Crow to tripod extension 3 reps 6 sets
Double Arm Levers hold 5 sec 6 sets
Hollow body pushups then superman raises 7 reps 3 sets
Handstand holds 6 reps 10 secs each, 10 secs off
Hollow Body Hold 6 reps 10 sec on, 10 secs off.
Cool down stretches adding additional yoga asanas/stretches.
