Basic Gymnastics Training and Yoga

63 year old gymnast

Today started week 5  Beginner Phase 1B of floor 1 Gold Metal Bodies (GMB) consisting of:
1. Warm Up Sequence
2. Crow Holds (Hold each for 60 seconds.)
3. Front Scale Holds (Hold each for 60 seconds.)
4. Added  Building Gymnastic Training 3 reps 3 sets of negative pull ups (hangs).
5. Cool Down Stretches adding additional yoga stretches to basic position of GMB F1.
