2nd week floor 1 beginner Monday's routines

 









Having trouble with the above routine.  Next time hopefully show improvements.

 Warmed up prior to these and finished with flexibility workout, maybe upload later.

These were from GMB beginner's floor gymnastics Monday 2nd week progression.

These were done after leading Ashtanga Yoga primary series class at Moss Point Community Center on the waterfront.
