These were from GMB beginner's floor gymnastics Monday 2nd week progression.

These were done after leading Ashtanga Yoga primary series class at Moss Point Community Center on the waterfront.

Gymnastic Ring Training


 I discovered that ring exercises are very, very , very challenging.
Started with ring training today setting up rings and trying them out with the basic beginner exercises:

Ashtanga/Gymnastics




Today at home practiced Ashtanga Primary Series then Gymnastics.  The Gymnastics came from website by Olympic Gymnastic gold medal recipient (GMB website).  I found the gymnastics helpful for Ashtanga Yoga.

Mysore Class

Yes we are doing Mysore style yoga at MossPoint Riverfront. One lady brought a 4 year old that she was babysitting. One does not experience such Bliss at traditional yoga studio.
