Saturday workout

Saturday workout:
Returned to ProHealth and Fitness.
5 minutes on threadmill, shoulder press, chin ups, bench press, inclined bench press, and 6 Sun salutations finishing with headstand (falling over).

Sunday workout:

ProHealth and Fitness.
  Ashtanga SS-A and B, standing poses, 3 finishing poses, chin ups, push ups, bicep curls (4 types).
