Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series

AM Practice took about 60 minutes for Primary Series doing all poses except Sirsasana B and including vinyasa after each primary pose, but doing each side then the vinyasa.  Forgot to do vinyasa after tolasana.

Then later in the afternoon YogaBody gravity flex for shoulders taking 5 minutes for each one, hangman, wide dog and pretzel arms.
