Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series today

After recording this, I did 3 set, 10 breaths each set full wheel, then 3 sets 30 breaths each thunderbolt with buns touching floor, then 3 sets 30 breaths each set thunderbolt with head and buns slightly touching floor.

Wheel 10 breaths challenging not able to do 30 each set.  arms still bent.
