Full Moon

Friday: Healthplex Cardio Core for 60 minutes using weights:  6, 8, 10 dumb bells and 18 pound bar.

Saturday:  Healthplex Cycling for 45 minutes.

Sunday:  Minimum Ashtanga Yoga.

Monday:  30 minutes Power Walk on Treadmill at healthplex, hatha Yoga 45.
