Yoga for all levels at studio

Interesting class having so many experienced teachers in the class with me and a new teacher leading the class.  The teacher had lost over 30 pounds during the last year and looked thin faced.  The stomach area skin had not recovered from loss of body fat.  It was a fun class with slightly different warm ups than i am accustomed, some gentle yoga poses held for several minutes, but good.  Added dance moves from the 60's then a Power Yoga vinyasa flow.  flow vinyasa was all fundamental standing poses.  No binding, arm balances, inversions or pretzel poses.
